Refund Policy

We hope you’re delighted with your order from The Old Cannon Brewery. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

If you change your mind about a non-perishable item (such as clothing or merchandise), you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that perishable products such as food, drink or other consumable goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If any item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order by emailing info@oldcannonbrewery.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

How to Return Items

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the best return address and process. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake with your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.
